Invoices

Every DroneField purchase generates an automatic invoice that’s emailed to you — and is also available on the portal’s Invoices page at any time.

In the left menu, click Invoices. A list shows all your invoices in descending date order.

Each row contains:

  • Invoice number (e.g. INV-2026-00042)
  • Issue date
  • Amount (EUR)
  • StatusPaid, Failed, Issued (issued, awaiting payment)
  • Download button (PDF)

Click the Download icon at the end of the row. The PDF starts downloading to your browser’s standard downloads folder.

The invoice includes all required data:

  • The issuer (DroneField company name, address, tax number)
  • The buyer (your billing name, address, tax number)
  • The purchased plan and term
  • Net / VAT / gross breakdown
  • Coupon discount (if any)
  • Payment method (bank card — last 4 digits)
  • Signature / authentication: the invoice is digitally archived, no stamp or hand signature required.

For company invoices (where you provided a tax number in the billing details):

  • Reverse charge is applied automatically when an EU VAT number is present.
  • The invoice is issued VAT-free for EU business customers, with the appropriate wording: “Reverse charge — Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC”.
  • Hungarian company purchases include 27% VAT.

If a payment fails (e.g. expired card, insufficient funds), the invoice appears with “Failed” status and you receive a warning email. In that case:

  1. Update your bank-card details on the portal’s Profile page.
  2. Stripe will retry the payment within a few days.
  3. If still unsuccessful, the subscription is suspended — new processing is blocked, but existing data remains accessible.

If you submitted incorrect billing details (company name, address, tax number), the issued invoice cannot be modified directly on the portal. In that case write to us via the portal support form with the invoice number — we’ll issue a corrective (credit) invoice with the right details.

We retain invoices for at least 8 years in line with Hungarian and EU accounting rules. If you delete your account, the invoices remain in the archive but you may lose access — it’s a good idea to download them all beforehand.
