Registration
Registration takes a few minutes and is free. One account works for both the desktop application and the portal.
Step by step
Section titled “Step by step”- Open my.dronefield.app/register (or from the front page click the Register link below the Sign in button).
- Fill in the form:
- Name — your full name as it will appear on invoices.
- Email — an active address; this is what you’ll sign in with and where notifications go.
- Password — at least 8 characters; we recommend including numbers and a special character.
- Confirm password — type it again.
- Read and tick the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy acceptance. Links to both sit next to the checkbox.
- Click Register.
Email confirmation
Section titled “Email confirmation”Within a few seconds we send an email titled “Welcome to DroneField — confirm your email”. Click the Verify email button (or the link above it) to confirm the address.
After confirmation the portal automatically signs you in and shows your dashboard.
How many accounts can I have?
Section titled “How many accounts can I have?”One account per email address. If you want separate accounts for business and personal use, use separate email addresses — that also keeps billing cleanly separated.
What happens after registration?
Section titled “What happens after registration?”The freshly created account starts on the free trial level:
- You can download the desktop app.
- You can sign in with it on your own computer.
- You get one free trial project credit that you can process.
- For more processing you need a subscription or project licence.

Data privacy
Section titled “Data privacy”The information you provide during registration is used only for running your account and handling billing. We do not pass it on to third parties for marketing. The full Privacy Policy is available on the portal.
You can delete your account at any time — see Profile.
