Shares
Shared projects can be managed not only from the desktop application, but also on the portal — under the Shares menu.
The share list
Section titled “The share list”The Shares page lists every active share of your account. For each share you can see:
- The project name the share belongs to
- How many times the shared page has been viewed
- When the link expires (30 days after creation)
What you can do here
Section titled “What you can do here”- Open — the shared web view opens in a new tab, exactly as your client or pilot sees it.
- Delete — the share is revoked immediately: the link stops working and the uploaded data is removed from the cloud. Deleting a share does not touch the project itself.
Deleting an expired or unused share frees up a slot in your 25-shares-per-year allowance.
